Abstract:
The present study aims to explore the effectiveness of e-learning adoption among the younger generation hailing from rural areas of Tamil Nadu. The study was primarily focused to understand the key factors influencing the e-learning adoption behaviour and its effectiveness. The researchers have adopted descriptive and empirical research design and used survey method to collect opinion from youth belongs to rural areas of Thiruvallur and Kanchipuram districts of Tamil Nadu. The researchers have adopted multi-dimensional scaling approach in order to explore the various facets of importance and performance related to key dimensions of effectiveness towards e-learning adoption.
